The historic first edition of the Caribbean Games took place in Guadeloupe from June 29 to July 3, 2022. More than 800 U-23 athletes from 29 countries competed in seven sports.
Team Cayman competed in the following sports:

- Aquatics (Swimming & Open-Water Swimming)
- Cycling (Time trial & Road)
