Medical & Anti-Doping Commission

The Cayman Islands Olympic Committee (CIOC) is honored to announce the Official titles for members of
the Cayman Islands Medical and Anti-doping Commission (CIMADC). This commission is a critical aspect
of the continuation of sport for the Cayman Islands as we continue to push to stay compliant with World
Anti-doping Association and other global and regional anti-doping organizations.

We would like to officially recognize, Mr. James Myles who is the Cayman Islands Olympic Committee
appointed Chairman of the CIMADC and the CI Government appointed Focal Point for Anti-doping, Mr.
Johann Moxam. We would also like to recognize, Dr. Carl A. Brown who has also accepted the role of
Honorary Medical Advisor to the CIOC and the CIMADC.
